Good food and good service but my opps pulled up when I was on a date. Otherwise it’d be a 6-star review. The portion sizes and prices are very fair. Very clean and well-kept place. Completely mogs the Chinese buffet to the right.

Sakura has been our go to place for holiday lunches for a while but not any more. We went for lunch on Mother’s Day today but we were not allowed to order off the lunch menu but instead had to order from the dinner menu. There is a note on the lunch menu section that says “Except Holidays” but as many times as we have had lunch there on a holiday that has never been enforced so this was totally unexpected. There was another family at the table with us that said they had ordered from the lunch menu on a holiday, too. I had our server let his manager know what I thought of the situation but my complaint went on deaf ears. I really wanted to get up and walk out but it’s too late to do that when you’re already seated at the table and your family is ready to eat. I don’t mind paying a little more for a dinner if you get a little more food but they double the price and give you the exact same portion as the lunch menu. The hibachi scallop meal for lunch is $18.00 but the exact same meal on the dinner menu is $35.00. Our lunch bill for three is normally just over $60.00 but today it was just over $90.00 and that’s without drinks or extras. Don’t get me wrong, I like Sakura and will cont

It was an overall fantastic night out with the wife. We ordered the Shrimp Tempura roll to split and it was prepared perfectly. The crunch from the shrimp made the whole thing. Then we ordered the Shrimp and Chicken entrée and the Steak and Chicken entrée for dinner. The steak was a perfect medium and the rice and veggies were delicious. The shrimp had a nice sear on it. The hibachi chef put on a fantastic performance which tied the night in. Service was great. Never went without. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant. They also sing and celebrate birthdays as well.

We come here every week and love it! We usually order the same thing, Sunrise Roll, Sweetheart Roll, July Roll and Salmon Nigiri. Some of the best sushi in Athens!

The tomago was really good. Rice is tasty and sticks together well. I like the option for a variety of sushi at lunch. The sizing of the sushi is good as well. I got the green tea tempura ice cream. It's definitely intended to share but it was good
